Nicoletta is a Research Fellow in the European Affairs area at IAI, working on EU conflict prevention and crisis management, policy and institutional developments in the Common Foreign and Security Policy/European Security and Defence Policy and EU-UN relations.
Her geographical areas of interest include Lebanon, the Occupied Palestinian Territories and Kosovo.

Nona is a Researcher at IAI, working on the European Neighbourhood Policy and conflict resolution in the South Caucasus, the Wider Black Sea and regional cooperation, Turkey and Caspian Region, and Russian foreign policy in the ex-Soviet space.
